Table for additional information. <br /> <br />Recommendation <br /> <br />In Planning Case #04-12, staff recommends that the request for a 24-foot Side Yard <br />Comer setback variance be approved to allow for the construction of a new attached <br />garage and construction of an addition in approximately the same location as the existing <br />patio subject to the following condition: <br /> <br />1, The applicant shall file all necessary building permits with the Building Official <br />for approval prior to the issuance of a building permit.
