<br />3, To establish a strong, but flexible Disposition and Development Agreements, that will <br />ensure a solid commitment to the elements and features that are critically important to <br />Arden Hills, while accommodating the flexibility necessary to respond to changing <br />circumstances, opportunities and constraints. <br /> <br />Land Use and Housing Goal", <br /> <br />1. To achieve a development consisting of a strategic mixture of business. residential, parks. <br />trails and open spaces. and other civic uses. selected from a series ofaltematives, and <br />determined to be the best available to the sub-region, Arden Hills and its neighboring <br />communities. <br /> <br />2. To incorporate office and light industrial uses where desirable and compatible, but not <br />heavy. truck or rail intensive businesses. or business dependent on extensive outdoor <br />storage of either raw materials or finished goods. <br /> <br />3. To take full advanlage of the opportunities for exceptional regional access and visibility <br />to I-35W and other major transportation corridors for the development of high valued <br />uses that can take maximum advantage of these key locations. <br /> <br />4, To locate a variety of housing types within neighborhoods that are planned and designed <br />to foster community and that are well served by local streets, trails, local parks and <br />natural areas. <br /> <br />5.
