<br />~ <br />~HILLS <br /> <br />City of Arden Hills <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br /> <br />RESOLUTION No. 04-20 <br /> <br />AUTHORIZING THE PREPARATION OF FEASIBILITY REPORT FOR <br />COUNTY ROAD E PEDESTRIAN IMPROVEMENTS <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it is proposed to improve the pedestrian trails and walkways of <br />County Road E, <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF <br />ARDEN HILLS, MINNESOTA: that the proposed improvement be referred to City <br />Engineer, Greg BrownlURS for study and that he is instructed to report to the Council <br />with all convenient speed advising the Council in a preliminary way as to whether the <br />proposed improvement is necessary, cost-effective, and feasible and as to whether it <br />should best be made as proposed or in connection with some other improvement, and the <br />estimated cost of the improvement as recommended. <br /> <br />ADOPTED by the Council this 26th day of January, 2004. <br /> <br />Beverly Aplikowski, MAYOR <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />Michelle Wolfe, Administrator <br /> <br />\\Earth\Admin\Council\Resolutions\2004\04-20, Authorizing Preparation of Feasibility Report for County Road E Pedestrian <br />Improvements.doc <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br />
