Proposal from Ron Batty, Kennedy and Graven, for legal services <br /> <br />Overview <br /> <br />Currently, the City has identified a number of potential project consultants to assist us as we . <br />consider acquiring portions of the TCAAP property. Over the last year, the Council has <br />discussed the composition and services of the City's project consultants, however, this discussion <br />has occurred on a piecemeal basis. At the November Work Session, Council was presented with <br />the following project team: <br /> <br />Firm Services <br />Briggs & Morgan Local legal support for disposition and development agreement <br />negotiation; Local public finance consultation <br />Ehlers & General support; Financial impact analysis; Funding option analysis; <br />Associates Project financial feasibility analysis <br /> Lead attorney coordinating the negotiations of the disposition and <br />Spencer Fane development agreements; Assist with approvals for transfer process; Real <br /> estate and environmental legal issues <br />Peterson, Fram, Coordination of City legal issues including contracts, land use. <br />Bergman <br />URS, Inc; Infrastructure design review and transportation design review <br />Planning <br />URS, Inc; Environmental process review, cost estimate review, and general <br />Environmental <br />Enl!ineerinl! environmental engineering <br />DSU& Comprehensive planning process <br />Sub consultants <br /> <br />. <br />
