<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />WORK ORDER NO. <br /> <br />This is an authorization to proceed and site-specific scope of services under the <br />Professional Services Agreement between the City of Arden Hills and URSIBRW dated <br />Novembcr 1, 1997. <br /> <br />Project: <br /> <br />TCAAP Redevelopment Environmental Support <br /> <br />We hereby authorize you to proceed with the following phases of services: <br /> <br />Task 1: Site Investigation Development and Review, Task 2a: Corrective Action <br />Plan Development and Review, Task 2b: Remedial Cost Engineering Evaluation <br />and Negotiation, Task. 3: Meetings and Ongoing Project Management as outlined in <br />URS proposal letter dated October 9, 2003. <br /> <br />Payment shall be on the basis of: <br /> <br />.
