<br />Memo <br />City Council <br />Assessment Policy Task Force - Scope of Work <br />2 <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />The parameters ofthis Task Force are to determine how the land parcel owners are assessed for <br />improvements and to recommend any changes and modifications to the existing policy. The <br />primary focus of the Task Foree will be on the methodology rather than the percentage of cost <br />assessed. <br /> <br />The Task Force will meet four to six times over the period of next two months to accomplish <br />their task. The outcome of their final meeting will be a draft revised policy to be forwarded to <br />the Council for their review and adoption by late May 2004. The Task Force members have <br />been provided with our current policy as well as policies from select Minnesota cities. <br /> <br />The first meeting of the Assessment Task Force has been scheduled for March 4th at 6:30 p.m. <br /> <br />Tentative Mectinl!
