Commission Recommendation <br /> <br />In Planning Case #04-04 the Planning Commission has recommended approval of the Site Plan <br />for the Temporary Walkway subject to the following conditions: <br /> <br />I. The Applicant shall continue to abide by the conditions of approval as stated in the <br />approved Master Plan PUD. <br />2. Exterior lighting of the walkway shall be in compliance with City Ordinance. <br />3. Stop signs shall be installed by the applicant at the crosswalk across Femwood Avenue. <br />4. The section of Femwood Avenue connecting the two halves of the walkway shall be <br />striped as a crosswalk. <br />5. The attached Agreement to Terminate Use shall be executed by both parties and recorded <br />with Ramsey Connty. <br />6. Upon such time as the use is terminated, the buildings that the walkway connects <br />(Buildings E and L) shall be restored in such a way as is compliant with International <br />Building Code and the exteriors shall be restored so that the finish of the repaired areas <br />are consistent with the rest of the building. <br />7.
