<br />Master Plan PUD (Third) Amendment and Final PUD Review for Addition "J" <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />The applieant is proposing a 90,000 square foot addition to the north side of Building E to be <br />included in the current phase, Phase I (2003-2006), of construction. The addition, referred to as <br />Addition "J" in the Master Plan, was originally contemplated as an 80,000 square foot facility to <br />be built in Phase 2. <br /> <br />The following analysis highlights somc of the changes proposed in the eurrent (third) PUD <br />Amendment and Final PUD application for Addition "J". <br /> <br />Master Plan PUD and Final Plan PUD Review <br /> <br />1. Building Area / Floor Area Ratio - Meets requirement. <br /> <br />The floor area ratio requirement for the I-I Limited Industrial District is 0.6. The Arden Hills Zoning Code does not address the issue of whether parking ramps <br />should be included in those figures.
