Section 333, Table 1 - Maximum Area for Wall Signs: 127 square foot varianee <br />· Section 333, Table I - Lighting for Wall Signs: Variance to allow a backlit sign <br />(currently not permitted in this signage district). <br /> <br />Sil!n Standard Adiustment Criteria <br /> <br />The signage standards state that a sign standard adjustment may be approved if the following <br />criteria of A or B, and the necessary eriteria of C are met: <br /> <br />A. There are site conditions which require a sign adjustment to allow the sign to be <br />reasonably visible from a street immediately adjacent to the street; Or, <br /> <br />B. The sign adjustment will allow a sign of exceptional design or a style that will <br />enhance the area or that is more consistent with the architecture and design of the <br />site; And, after finding positively on condition A or B above, <br /> <br />C.
