<br />ARDEN HILLS CITY COUNCIL WORKSESSION <br />FEBRUARY 17,2004 <br /> <br />environmental symposium for the TCAAP project, as well as a meeting at Mounds View <br />High School to discuss the recent issues there. <br /> <br />Mayor Aplikowski said she has received several calls recently on the North Heights <br />proposal, police services contract, and Lexington A venue reconstruction. <br /> <br />Ms. Wolfe indicated a 6:30 a.m. of the Economic Development Authority would take <br />place on Monday, February 23, 2004.
