Upon notification of retirement, an employee shall receive a gift certificate equal <br />to $10 for each year of service, The retiring employee shall be presented with a <br />Mayoral Proclamation, a plaque recognizing their years of service, and the gift <br />certificate at the Council meeting closest to their retirement date, <br /> <br />Employee Newsletter <br /> <br />.
