My comments inelude the following: <br /> <br />1, On the Utility Site Plan: <br />A. The Developer will need a pennit and approval from Rar lsey County for the driveway <br />entrances on both Cleveland A venuc and County Road r:, <br /> <br />2, On the Grading, Drainage and Erosion Control Plan: <br />A. The plans show that the storm water inlet in the northeast corner is a 21" RCP. The <br />applicant should verify this as the pipe out is only 12"- <br />B. The proposed 6" water service should be located to the n lrth side of the water meter <br />located approximately 90' north of the intersection along Cleveland Ave. The meter <br />monitors the water flow in from Roseville, <br /> <br />Please provide final plans for review and approval by Engineer prior to construction, Please call <br />me at (612) 373-6500 with any questions. <br /> <br />e <br />
