The traffic gencrated and the parking spaces available would make a <br />very <br />tight situation. A 7200 square foot building is quite large far that corner. Where would <br />the <br />employees of the Clinic and the patients park? The intersection at Co. Rd D and <br />Cleveland <br />is already very busy. County Road D expands from one lane of traffic to two lanes about <br />150 feet from the semi-phares, Many people make left turns onto Cleveland and the <br />inter - <br />section should not be redone to provide on street parking.
