The building permit will not be granted if satisfactory <br />drainage cannot be accomplished. <br />2. The City's maintenance responsibility for sanitary sewer and water is limited to the curb stop at <br />Hamline A venue. <br />3. Provide evidence of a perpetual private ingress/egress easement for Parcel A & B prior to signature of <br />the final plat. <br />4. Payment of the appropriate park dedication fee prior to signature of the final plat. <br />5. Revocation of the existing Special Use Permit for the property prior to the issuance ofa building permit. <br />6.
