Table for additional information. <br /> <br />Recommendation <br /> <br />In Planning Case #04-05, staffrecommends that the request for a 19.80-foot rear setback <br />variance and a 13.30-foot front yard setback variance be approved to allow for the <br />construction of a new garage in approximately the same location as the existing garage, <br />construction of a new addition in approximately the same location as the existing <br />breezeway, and construction of a new front stoop in the same location as the existing <br />front steps subject to the following condition: <br /> <br />I. The applicant shall file all necessary building permits with the Building Official <br />for approval prior to the issuancc of a building permit.
