Discrepancies from the Neighborhood <br />Business District Standards include: a clinic use in excess of3,OOO square feet (7,368 gross <br />square feet proposed), parking setbacks which are less than the 20 foot standard (12 feet to the <br />west, 16 feet to the south), and the use of EFIS as an exterior material (currently not allowed in <br />the NB District). Authorization for the Mayor and City Administrator to execute the attached <br />easement forms and Planned Unit Development Permit/Development Agreement has also been <br />requested. <br /> <br />Update <br /> <br />A Planning Commissioner had requested that the City Enginecr take another look at the plans to <br />verify that the drainage area at the northwest comer of the property would not adversely affect <br />neighboring property owners. The City Engineer has reviewed the plans a second time and <br />confirmed that the drainage area should not adversely affect neighboring property owners. <br /> <br />Planninl!
