We have been working with Jon <br />Fortney and other employees of Proven Force for some time and we believe that <br />the Lexington Avenue building will be a good location for Proven Force and an <br />asset tothe City of Arden Hills and the surrounding community. Roberts <br />Development Company is in total support of the Special Use Permit and Zoning <br />Ordinance Amendment which have been submitted by Proven Force to the City <br />of Arden Hills. <br /> <br />The City of Arden Hills and Roberts Development Company have had a good <br />working relationship over the past twenty years and we are confident this will <br />continue with regards to this transaction and in the future.
