<br />., <br /> <br />AGREEMENT FOR CURBSIDE RECYCLING SERVICES <br /> <br />Agreement made as of H a.y 12>. ZCff3 , between the City of Arden Hills (hereafter <br />the City) and E-Z Recycling. Inc" a Mmnesota Corporation (hereafter the Contractor), <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />The City and the Contractor agree as follows: <br /> <br />I. Definitions <br /> <br />1.1 - "Area" North of Interstate 694 <br />South of Interstate 694 <br />NOTE: All boundaries, unless otherwise noted. fall in the center of City <br />streets such that they include residents in the one-half of the named street <br /> <br />1.2 <'Recyclable Materials" means newsprint and non-glossy paper, cardboard, <br />glass bottles and jars, mixed aluminum and bimetal beverage containers, <br />plastic bottles. magazines, box boards. phone books, non-hazardous <br />completely drained aerosol cans, miscellaneous metals and other materials <br />as mutually agreed upon by the City and Contractor. <br /> <br />2. <br /> <br />Services to be Perfonned <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />2_1 The contractor shall collect all recyclable materials on the following days: <br />North of Interstate 694 Wednesday <br />South of Interstate 694 Tuesday <br /> <br />When a national holiday falls on a Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday the <br />following will be the collection day: <br /> <br />Holiday on Monday pick-up North of694 will be Thursday <br />South of 694 will be Wednesday <br />Holiday on Tuesday pick-up North of694 will be Thursday <br />South of 694 will be Wednesday <br />Holiday on Wednesday pick-up North of 694 will be Thursday <br />South of 694 will be Tuesday <br /> <br />The City will provide the Contractor with maps of the City noting areas <br />for recycling pickups and areas where pickup is not desired and/or <br />necessary . <br /> <br />2.2 The terms of this agreement shall be from March 1,2003 to Feb.28d\ 2008 <br /> <br />2.3 The City and the Contractor acknowledge that timely performance of <br />collection services is essential to the success of the recycling program, The <br /> <br />. <br />
