<br />~ <br />~HILLS <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 04-35 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING A SIGN LOCATION ON NORTH SNELLING <br />A VENUE AT THE NORTH lIEIGHTS LUTHERAN CHURCH ENTRANCE <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council approves the placement of regulatory traffic <br />signage along City streets; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council approved a "No Right Turn" sign on May 13, 1985 <br />as a condition of approval for Planning Case 84-21, Stage 1. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a "Stop" sign and a "No Right Turn" sign will be installed in the <br />City's right-of-way, located on the south side of the North Heights Lutheran Church <br />entrance to North Snelling Avenue, <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the "Stop" sign and "No Right <br />Turn" sign be installed in the City's right-of-way, located on the south side of the North <br />Heights Lutheran Church entrance to North Snelling Avenue as generally shown in <br />Exhibit A, <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />ADOPTED by the City Council this 12'h day of April, 2004, <br /> <br />Mayor Beverly Aplikowski <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />Michelle Wolfe, City Administrator <br /> <br />. <br />
