<br />Polling Location Resolution 04-37 <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 04-37 <br /> <br />DESIGNATING POLLING LOCATIONS FOR 2004 ELECTIONS <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the State Primary Election is September 14, 2004, and the State <br />General Election is November 2, 2004; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Minnesota Statutes 204B.16 requires the City Council, by ordinance or <br />resolution, to designate the polling places for the City for these elections. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Minnesota Statutes 204B.14 Subd.c requires precinct boundaries be <br />reestablished within 60 days of redistricting. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Arden Hills City Council <br />hereby designates the following precincts and polling places as illustrated on the attached <br />Exhibit "A": <br /> <br />Precinct No. 1- <br /> <br />Presbyterian Church of the Way <br />3883 N. Lexington Avenue <br />Shoreview, Minnesota 55126 <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Precinct No.2 - <br /> <br />The Presbyterian Homes <br />3220 Lake Johanna Boulevard <br /> <br />Precinct No.3 - <br /> <br />Valentine Hills Elementary School <br />1770 West County Road E2 <br /> <br />.
