<br />ARDEN HILLS REGULAR CITY COUNCIL MEETING MINUTES <br />APRIL 12, 2004 <br /> <br />2 <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Ms. Wolfe requested the following changes: None. <br /> <br />MOTION: Councilmember Larson moved and Councilmember Holden <br />seconded a motion to approve the March 29, 2004 City Council <br />Meeting Minutes as amended. The motion carried unanimously (5- <br />0). <br /> <br />3. CONSENT CALENDAR <br /> <br />a. Claims and Payroll <br />b. Authorize Purchase of a Projector for Council Chambers <br />c. Resolution 04-36: Amending the Flexible Spending Account Plan to make it HIPP A <br />Compliant <br /> <br />MOTION: Councilmember Grant moved and Councilmember Rem seconded <br />a motion to approve the Conscnt Calendar and to authorize <br />execution of all necessary documents contained therein. The <br />motion carried unanimously (5-0). <br /> <br />4. <br /> <br />PUBLIC INOUIRlES/INFORMATIONAL <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />None. <br /> <br />5. PUBLIC HEARINGS <br /> <br />None. <br /> <br />6. NEW BUSINESS <br /> <br />A. Planninl!: Case 04-08: Clutch and U-Jolnt, d/b/a Proven Force; Special Use Permit <br />for 3785 Lexilll!ton Avenue North <br /> <br />Mr. Hellegers statcd the applicant was requesting approval of a Special Use Permit to allow a <br />retail use with a "motorized vehicle service" use at 3785 Lexington Avenue, in the B-3 Service <br />Business District. He indicated the Planning Commission reviewed this case and made the <br />following findings: <br /> <br />"The Commission has considered the effect of the proposed special use upon the health, <br />safely, convenience and general welfare of the owners and occupants of the surrounding <br />land, in particular, and the community as a whole and have found that the proposed <br />special use would not adversely affect the surrounding neighborhood and larger <br />community as per the factors as listed in Section 8, D, 3, b of the Zoning Ordinance." <br /> <br />. <br />
