<br />1. Call To Order
<br />
<br />Mayor Aplikowski called the meeting to order at 5:10 p,m, Present: Councilmembers David
<br />Grant, Brenda Holden, Gregg Larson, and Lois Rem.
<br />
<br />Staff present: Administrator, Michelle Wolfe; Assistant City Administrator, Aaron Parish;
<br />Operations & Maintenance Director, Thomas J, Moore; Finance Director, Murtuza Siddiqui;

<br />2.A. General Meetinl! Minutes
<br />
<br />Mayor Beverly Aplikowski, City Administrator Michelle Wolfe, and Assistant City
<br />Administrator Aaron Pamsh provided an update and overview of recent events rclated to the
<br />National Guard's presentation at the March work session,
<br />
<br />Mr. Bart Rehbein noted that there may havc been some misconceptions about how things went
<br />subsequent to the March work session, He clarified that the developer is not purely interested in
<br />profit, acknowledged that the Development Team got out in front of the City, and indicated that
<br />they were concerned that the Council made a comment that this was two strikes and that this
<br />wasn't setting a positive tone for the relationship, Ultimately, the Development Team asks for
<br />the following: trust, cooperation, involvement, reaffirmation of a vision for TCAAP, and
<br />respect. Mr. Rehbein also noted that the developer has an "open door policy" and they are more
<br />than willing to meet with the Council at any time as appropriate,
<br />
<br />Councilmember Holden requested clarification on the relationship between the City and the
<br />Development Team and whether or not it was a partnership, It was noted that it was a "public"
<br />private partnership and we needed to treat it as such,
