Lexington Avenue - Mr. & Mrs. Stolp <br />3233 Shoreline Lane - Mr. & Mrs. Dean <br />1111 Edgewater Avenue - Ms. Murphy <br /> <br />The assessment footage for IIII County Road D was revised based on a shallow lot. The <br />recommended revised footage and assessment amount are 23.1' and $1,206.98 respectively. <br /> <br />The assessement footage for 3235 N. Lexington Avenue was revised to reflect only the footage <br />that abutted the proposed concrete alley (not the entire parcel width as originally proposed). <br />The recommended revised footage and assessment amount are 35' and $1,828.75 respectively. <br /> <br />The assessement footage for 3233 Shoreline Lane was revised to reflect only the footage that <br />abutted the proposed concrete alley (not the entire parcel width as originally proposed). The <br />recommended revised footage and assessment amount are 85' and $4,441.25 respectively. <br /> <br />The objection for 1111 Edgewater Avenue was recommended to be denied, but the resident was <br />advised to contact City staff for possible financial assistance. <br />
