We have taken these dimensions into account and re-calculated <br />your front footage and assessment amount. <br /> <br />Your objection has been reviewed by Arden Hills City Staff and recommended to the <br />Council for changc as follows. <br /> <br />Using the shallow lot calculation, lot area divided by 130 feet, your assessment should be <br />(3000/130) = 23.1 feet.
