In no cvcnt shall an asscssment period exceed ten (10) <br />years. <br /> <br />6. Municipal State-Aid Streets <br />Municipal State-Aid Strccts arc routcs dcsignated by the City Council and <br />approved by the Commissioner of Transportation for inclusion in the <br />City's State-Aid system. Municipal State-Aid Construction Funds <br />Municipal State-Aid construction funds are monies apportioned to the City <br />from the State to be used for the construction of routes designated on the <br />Municipal State-Aid system. All construction funded with these monics <br />must be in accordance with the Minnesota Department of Transportation <br />(MnDOT) Office of State-Aid design critcria. <br /> <br />Municipal State Aid (MSA) Funds will bc utilized to offsct thc city's <br />portion of the project cost. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />2004 Assessment Policy Manual - Page 7 <br />
