At the <br />termination of the dcfcrral period, interest and principal will be due in a lump sum <br />amount. <br /> <br />An application for deferment of special assessments is available at the City Offices. <br />It is the responsibility of the resident to submit a completed deferral form, along with <br />tax documents, to the Finance Director for approval. TIle submission of a deferral <br />form to the City does not automatically qualify a resident for the deferral.
