A trunk or sub trunk <br />assessment is, in ccrtain cases, utilizcd so that costs due to extra depth <br />(and/or oversizing) will be spread over the entire service district rather <br />than becoming a burden on just those properties abutting that portion of <br />the pipc network constructed. <br /> <br />3. Sanitary Sewer Laterals <br />A network of pipes, usually eight inch (8") in size that are installed eight <br />(8) to twenty (20) feet deep and are designed to serve those buildings <br />abutting a given street or easement.
