The Task <br />Force consisled of the following individuals who are the residents of Arden Hills. . <br /> <br />. Gerald Garski <br />· Bill Gillies <br />. Andy Holewa <br />· Raymond McGraw <br />· Charles Stoddard <br />. Jim Holden <br />· David Grant, council liaison <br />· Gregg Larson, council liaison (alternate) <br />· Murtuza Siddiqui, staffliaison <br /> <br />The Task Force met five times between March 4,2004 and April 29, 2004 and drafted the <br />revised document for the Council to review and approve. The Task Force looked at a number of <br />assessment policies from different cities. The focus of the Task Force was to draft a policy that <br />was simple, clear, and easy to understand and implement. <br /> <br />DISCUSSION: <br /> <br />The Task Force considered a number of options and methodologies. They reviewed front <br />footage, unit method, and a combination of front footage and unit method. The following are the <br />highlights from the proposed policy document: . <br />
