<br />ARDEN HILLS REGULAR CITY COUNCIL MEETING MINUTES <br />MAY 24, 2004 <br /> <br />Councilmember asking the City to consider the smoking ban in bars and restaurants. She stated <br />she was opposed to such a ban. <br /> <br />Conncilmember Grant agreed that a smoking ban should be left up to the businesses and the <br />City should not get involved. <br /> <br />Conncilmember Larson stated smoking was a public health issue and he would be in favor of <br />such a ban. He believed there should also be a smoking ban in the City parks. <br /> <br />Ms. Wolfe asked if this is something that should be brought back to the Council for a discussion <br />at a future date.
