This Interim Agreement contains the entire agreement of the <br />parties with respect to the matters covered by this Interim Agreement and no other <br />statement or representation by any employee, officer or agent of any party, which <br />is not contained in this Interim Agreement, shall be binding or valid. <br /> <br />11,0 Modification.
