An <br />entry vestibule on the west side of the building would be the only increase to the building <br />footprint. <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />Planninl! Commission Recommendation <br /> <br />Recommendation and Conditions of Approval <br />At their June 2, 2004 meeting the Planning Commission reviewed this Planning Case #04-11 and <br />recommended approval of the Site Plan subject to the following two conditions: <br />I. Building Permit Plans shall be submitted to the Building Official a minimum of two (2) <br />weeks before the planned start of construction. <br />2. No construction shall begin before plans are approved by the City of Arden Hills' <br />Building Official. <br /> <br />Update <br /> <br />Bill Prochaska from Northwestern College called and informed staffthat subsequent to the <br />Planning Commission, representatives from Northwestern met with Ms. Nancy Jacobson to <br />discuss the lighting issue.
