While staff recognizes the need to light parking areas for safety and security reasons, <br />staff would suggest that the applicant insure that the source of all exterior lighting is <br />concealed and that the level of exterior lighting does not exceed .4 foot candles on adjacent <br />residential properties (6,E,3,c). Building Permit Plans shall be submitted to the Building Official a minimum of two (2) <br />weeks before the planned start of construction. <br />2.
