We will be mailing the first project newsletter to residents this week and continuing <br />with updates through the construction period to keep them informed of the project status. We <br />anticipate a significant amount of coordination with residents living on the narrow "alley" <br />sections of roadway within the project area to insure that they have access to and from their <br />homes during construction activities. <br /> <br />Recommendation <br />The City Engineer, therefore, recommends the award of the 2004 Pavement Management . <br />Program to Amt Construction Company, Inc. for the total amount of $1,059,189.76.
