The Task <br />Forcc consisted of the following individuals who are the residents of Arden Hills. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. Gerald Garski <br />. Bill Gillies <br />. Andy Holewa <br />. Raymond McGraw <br />. Charles Stoddard <br />. Jim Holden <br />. David Grant, council liaison <br />. Grcgg Larson, council liaison (alternate) <br />. Murluza Siddiqui, staffliaison <br /> <br />The Task Force met five times between March 4, 2004 and April 29, 2004 and drafted the <br />revised document for the Council to review and approve. The Task Force looked at a number of <br />assessment policies from different cities. The focus of the Task Force was to draft a policy that <br />was simple, clear, and easy to understand and implement. <br /> <br />The Council reviewcd the proposed policy at the May 17, 2004 Work Session, as wcll the May <br />24,2004 reg\llar City Council meeting. The Council requested the Task Force to re-convene to <br />clarify the following issues: <br /> <br />. To spell out thc appeal's process in the document. <br />. To incorporate language that clarifies or defines "hardships". <br /> <br />. <br />
