Retain the University of Minnesota Design <br />Center for the American Urban Landscape to conduct <br />community meetings regarding the reuse of the AH Reuse <br />Area. <br /> <br />c. Analvtical Data, Review and comment on data collected and <br />analyzed by Developer. <br /> <br />f. Reservation of Ril!:hts. The City reserves the right to make <br />final decisions, as it deems appropriate, in regard to the <br />content of Official Controls, Dcsign Guidelines, <br />Infrastructure Layout, and Comprehensive Plan Amcndments <br />applicable to the development of the excess area. <br /> <br />D. Disposition and Development Al!:reement. <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />Master Development Status. Providcd that the City successfully <br />negotiates the transfer ofpropcrty from the Federal Government for <br />all or a portion of the AH Reuse Area, and further provided that the <br />Developer is not in default under the provisions of this Interim <br />Agreement or any amendments thereto, thc City shall grant <br />Devc10per the exc1usive right to develop the AH Reuse Arca, subject <br />to the terms and conditions of the DDA. This exclusive right to <br />develop is granted by the City in consideration for the financial <br />commitment of Developer to date and in the future. <br /> <br />2. Rel!:ular Meetinl!:s. Thc partics shall conduct regularly scheduled <br />mcetings until the initial draft of the DDA is prepared and <br />subsequent meetings as necessary to incorporate data obtained <br />during the environmental analysis ofthc AH Reuse Area and the <br />preparation of the City's Comprehensive Plan Amcndment and <br />Infrastructure Plans. <br /> <br />Access for Environmental Survey. Subject to receipt of approval from the <br />Federal Government and the Minnesota Army National Guard, and subject to <br />compliance with the following terms and conditions, Developcr shall have the <br />right to enter the AH Reuse Area for the purposes of inspections and tests: <br /> <br />6 <br />
