<br />4.3 PROJECT FUNDING
<br />
<br />The total estimated cost to reconstruct this segment of Lexington A venue, including right of way and
<br />engineering, is $J.5M. The final cost will be determined as project design proceeds. Project funding
<br />will be finalized through the State and local approval process. The following is an estimate of
