"'."".--- <br /> <br />Project Rationale: <br />In 2001, the City Council allocated/approved a $32,000 contribution to the Tony Schmidt <br />Park underpass project. Funding was to be provided for this project when Phase II ofthe <br />park and trail signage improvements was scheduled to begin. New park signs were <br />installed in 2002 and 2003. In conjunction with this project, new park and trail signs are <br />scheduled for installation in 2005. Most of the trails in the City do not have signage at <br />this time. <br />
