The price I an1 willing to pay for the land is approximately $25.00 per square foot <br />of office space. For example, 40,000 square feet of office space x $25.00 per square . <br />for land cost is $1,000,000.00. Of course, this all depends on setback and parking <br />requirements as well as easements and engineering requirements. <br /> <br />In addition, I would also request permission to have my surveyors check the grade on <br />the property.
