The performance period covered date of hire to present, Input for <br />the review was obtained from the following sources: <br /> <br />. Mayor and Council <br />. Staff <br /> <br />All elected officials participated and approximately ten stafT submitted comments. <br /> <br />Significant themes, messages, etc. are as follows: <br /> <br />Significant accomplishments: <br />. Bringing staff to full complement <br />. Developing a team in City Hall <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Development opportunities: <br />. Continue to facilitate clear communication between staff and Council <br />. Delegate city representation at meetings to other staff <br />.
