<br />G U IDA NT <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />September 13,2004 <br /> <br />Mr. Peter Hellegers <br />City Planner <br />City of Arden Hills <br />1245 West Highway 96 <br />Arden Hills, MN 55112 <br /> <br />Dear Pete, <br /> <br />This letter will serve as Guidant Corporation's request to extend the deadline for the <br />commencement of our renovation project know as the Construction of Addition J to the Master <br />Plan, This project was approved by the City Council on February 23, 2004, As you stated in <br />your e-mail messages of August 31, 2004 and September 1,2004, we have one yearfrom the <br />approval date to make a building permit application for said project. <br /> <br />As I'm sure you can appreciate, planning for such a major project is not an exact science and with <br />business plan changes we are requesting an extension of the permit submittal date. In order to <br />preserve our options we'd like the extension date to be one year after the original date, or <br />February 23, 2006.
