Expect to execute Purchase <br />Agreement this week. <br /> <br />II, <br /> <br />Status of Proiect <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />a) Market is slowly improving with more activity seen by larger companies planning <br />for consolidations and new facilities, <br />b) We have seen an increase in requests for information by potential users. We have <br />one company that we are actively in pursuit of that needs 150,000 square feet. <br />They are consolidating five locations. <br />c) We retained Cuslnnan Wakefield/Northstar Partners to market the site for us. <br />They are one of the top national firms in the Twin Cities and have been very <br />active in marketing the property throughout the Twin Cities, See attached for a <br />brief summary of their activities. <br /> <br />III.
