A monument sign at the comer of Highway 96 and Round Lake Road (City property) <br />would need to be reviewed and approved by the City Council prior to construction; <br />12, A temporary leasing sign (Exhibit B), at a height of fifteen feet (15') and with a sign <br />face of twelve feet (12') by eight feet (8'), located on the applicant's property, facing <br />Highway 1-694 be permitted until corporate users are secured for the site; <br />13. Due to the time requirements ofland acquisition and securing major tenants, the time <br />requirement for the final plat and final POD to be submitted no more than six months <br />after the date of the City Council's approval ofthe Master POD be changed to <br />eighteen months for this proposal; and <br />14. Approval of the master plan is contingent on the applicant's acquisition of all <br />properties shown in the proposal. <br /> <br />Updates <br />Staff met with the applicant on March 20 to review the Planning Commission <br />recommendations, The applicant would like to propose the following amendments to the <br />Planning Commission conditions, as listed above: <br />1. Condition #1(d), do not impose any limitation on the number of children within <br />daycares; <br />2, Conditions #1(g) and (h), allow EIFS to be used as a secondary material, to be used <br />for up to 30% of the fayade; <br />3, Condition #1 (i), do not strike this statement and allow for structured parking <br />facilities to be architectural precast or decorative masonry; <br />4, Condition #1 (I), add to the amended sentence, "..,shall be screened with BERMING <br />AND LANDSCAPING OR a decorative wall of compatible materials...", <br /> <br />Attached are the applicant's revised Design Standards (Exhibit C).
