<br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS, MINNESOTA <br />RATE STUDY <br />SEPTEMBER 9,2004 <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />I. <br /> <br />INTRODUCTION <br /> <br />The City of Arden Hills, Minnesota (the City) owns and operates water, sanitary sewer and surface water management <br />utilities. These services are provided to over 2,500 residential and commercial customers. There is no growth projected <br />in the number of accounts over the life of the projection. As a result, the City will need to rely on rate increases in order <br />to fund increased operating costs.
