The Capital Improvement Plan is a <br />document that includes: Road Construction Projects, Technology Upgrades, Public <br />Parks and Trail Improvements, and Operations and Maintenance Equipment. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br /> <br />as a planning and budgeting document. 'The projects identifIed in this document are <br />the needs, as determined by the condition of the infrastructure, and therefore, prioritized <br />The projects identified in this document are not necessarily set in concrete and will be <br />reviewed periodically.
