Staff is <br />unable to repair a leak in the water line that runs underneath the lake. <br /> <br />Project Rationale: <br />. This project could be tied together with the Lexington Avenue reconstruction project <br />The construction company would have the capability to lay the new water pipe <br />underneath this project. Ramsey County would complete the earth work and then bury <br />the water pipes for the City.
