We propose acquiring the entire <br />parcel and deeding back to the City of Arden Hills, at no cost, the remaining land west <br />of the existing overhead electric utility line. We are authorized to offer Seven Hundred <br />Fifty Thousand Dollars ($750,000.00) for the parcel. <br /> <br />This offer is subject to the following: <br /> <br />1) Thirty (30) day Holiday Companies' Senior Management approval from the date <br />of acceptance of this proposal by the City of Arden Hills; <br /> <br />2) Holiday and the City of Arden Hills mutually agreeing upon a site plan and an <br />architectural design for the stationstore; <br /> <br />3) An acceptable environmental investigation and other due diligence matters all of <br />which are to be performed at Holiday's expense. The City of Arden Hills will <br />provide any information pertaining to the environmental status of the site and <br />other due diligence information that it may have in its possession. <br /> <br />e <br />
