Pay Estimates #1 through #5, for a <br />total amount of $1,772,693.23 have previously been approved by the City CounciL <br /> <br />Project Status <br />This project is complete including punch-list items with the exclusion of landscaping items. <br />The landscaping items are under warranty through the spring of 2005. A final landscaping <br />walk-through will be conducted in 1he spring prior to final payment and a release of retainage. <br /> <br />Recommendation <br />The Arden Hills City Engineer recommends the Council approve Pay Estimate #6 for Amt <br />Construction Company, Inc. of Hugo, MN in the amount of $246,206.54. A retainage of 0.5% <br />is being held for this project to cover landscaping warranty items. <br /> <br />. <br />
