Dry-out area, install new membrane flashings with temnnation bars, caulking and <br />sealants. <br />. Reinstall salvaged masonry units and existing metal flashings as required. <br />. Also included is all temporary protection of existing wall and landscaping as <br />required. <br /> <br />$ 98,700.00 <br /> <br />Clarifications <br />. We do not include providing new limestone masonry units. We understand <br />salvaging the existing units with minimal damage is acceptable. <br />. We do not include repairs to the surfaces behind the existing membrane that may <br />have been affected by previous water infiltration. <br />. As discussed, we did not include repairs to the door or window lintels or <br />inteonediate brick relief areas. <br />. We propose completing this work as a not-to-exceed proposal with all potential <br />cost savings being credited to the City of Arden Hills at final billing. <br /> <br />Again, thank you for this opportunity.
