<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br /> <br />Initially, a test <br />opening was made to <br />investigate the <br />condition of the <br />existing thru-wall <br />flashing system. <br /> <br />Investigation and <br />thru-wall flashing <br />work was recently <br />performed at this <br />area of the Arden <br />Hills City Hall. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />The condition of the <br />existing flashing was <br />discovered to be <br />extremely poor. It <br />is unlikely that who- <br />ever installed this <br />flashing had any idea <br />what they were doing. <br />
