. . . ~ /f'\~HILLS City of Arden Hills Ramsey County, Minnesota RESOLUTION NO. 05-44 A RESOLUTION RELATING TO THE CLASSIFICATION OF TAX FORFEITED PROI'ERTY WHEREAS, on September 22, 1978, the City of Arden HIlls acquired the following described tax forfeited parcel from the State of Minnesota: Subject to road and easements; except the east 110 feet and except the west 110 feet, Lot 4, Borstead, Ramsey County (PIN: 22-30-23-13-00047-A) (the "Tax Forfeited parcel"); and \VHEREAS, the deed of conveyance from the State of Minnesota stated lhatthe Tax Forfeited parcel was to be used exclusively for future road right-of-way; and WHEREAS, it has been determined by a review of the records of Ramsey County and by site review of the Tax Forfeited Parcel that the easterly 60 feet is being used for road right-ot~way and that the westerly 50.03 feet was being used for storm water ponding and drainage: and WHEREAS, the City of Arden llills wishes to correct the Ramsey County records to rellect the actual uses of the Tax Forfeited Parcd; and WHEREAS, the City of Arden Hills is advised that the procedure for correcting the Ramsey County records is to file an "Application for Approval of a New Use for Tax-Forfeited Lands" (the Application for Approval). NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED: that the Arden Hills City Council hereby directs the City Administrator to file the appropriate Application for Approval, indicating that the easterly 60 feet of the Tax Forfeited parcellS bemg used for road right-ot~way and that the westerly 50.03 feet of the Tax Forfeited Parcel is being used for storm water pondmg and drainage.
